RIDG Management Team
After graduating from the U.S. Naval Academy, Craig spent 8 years
on active duty as a Surface Nuclear Officer.
Besides sea tours onboard the USS David R Ray and the USS Harry S
Truman, Craig completed two shore rotations, one as an Operations
/ Anti-Terrorism Force Protection Officer and one as a Flag Aide.
After leaving the Navy, Craig spent a year in the defense contracting
industry where he performed test and analysis on unmanned land, sea,
and air vehicles and also completed the expansion of his Albuquerque,
NM headquartered business unit into Norfolk, Va.
From there Craig got into the construction industry with a National
Homebuilder where he gained experience in single and multifamily residential
construction, feasibility studies, land acquisition, entitlement,
and development, sales and marketing, strategic planning, forecasting,
and financial analysis. Craig is active with the Hampton Roads Chapter
of the Naval Academy Alumni Association as well as his current neighborhood
civic league; and previously served on the Ghent Square Architectural
Review Board and Board of Directors.
Craig formally joined the RIDG team in April of 2008.
Education: BS in Mechanical Engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy,
Masters in Engineering Management from Old Dominion University, and
MBA from William and Mary’s Mason School of Business (2009).
Craig is also a licensed real estate agent in Virginia. |
