The mission of RIDG is to bring teamwork, discipline,
and efficiency to the construction industry.
Our goal is to provide service and quality at a level that exceeds
our customer’s expectations.
Project Management:
RIDG’s management team has an impressive background of experience
in managing all forms of construction. All of our management team
has construction and development experience ranging from planning,
site selection and entitlement to vertical construction, marketing,
and sales.
Consulting:
RIDG’s depth of knowledge as well as its contacts and relationships
in the industry allows our customers the ability to receive expert
advice on all aspects of their projects.
Value Engineering:
One of RIDG’s primary goals is to save their customers money.
By allowing RIDG to value engineer both the site and building plans,
customers realize savings even before the first shovel is put into
the ground.
Phase Building:
Phase building is the
concept of having one company complete an entire phase of your construction
project. Although this idea is not new to the industry, it is relatively
new to the Mid-Atlantic Region. The greatest advantage to Phase building
is the time and money savings realized by the customer. When RIDG
started we were aimed at handling the “First Phase” which
would take our customers from footings to insulation/dried in. Our
customers have been so impressed with what we can do on the front
end that we have evolved into a true one-stop shop for our clients
and we are now offering the entire package from site development to
certificate of occupancy.
Site Planning and Development:
By having RIDG involved in the planning and development of the
site, our customers have the confidence of knowing that the site is
100% correct and ready for vertical construction. This option offers
one less subcontractor to manage and an even higher level of integration
and cost savings.
Warranty:
RIDG will always back their quality. At a minimum, RIDG offers the
state standard warranty for its work. Extended warranties are also
available.
