RIDG Management Team
Russ grew up in the building industry working with his families building
company.
When he was 18, Russ enlisted in the Navy as a Hospital Corpsman.
While on active duty, Russ earned both Surface and Aviation Warfare
qualifications and received extensive training in firefighting, safety,
leadership and management, human resources, teaching, customer service,
and business ethics. Amongst his duties, Russ completed tours as a
hospital corpsman, special operations tech, rescue swimmer, and instructor.
After retiring as a Chief Petty Officer, Russ returned to the construction
industry with a local builder and as a kitchen installation specialist.
He later joined a National Homebuilder and served as a senior site
supervisor where he managed multiple homes and communities and was
responsible for the training and mentoring of junior field managers.
Russ joined the RIDG team in May of 2007.
Education: BS in Health Sciences / Health Care Administration from
George Washington University, BA in Culinary Arts / Restaurant Management
from the Illinois Institute of Art in Chicago. |
