RIDG Management Team
Dave began his career in the law enforcement industry as a County
Sheriff Patrol Officer in Indiana. After eight years he moved into
the electronics industry as a production manager and eventually moved
on to running a structured wiring company.
After grooming the company and growing it threefold, Dave joined an
“on your lot” production building company in order to
expand his capabilities. With this group Dave mastered the entire
process from site preparation to certificate of occupancy while completing
over 100 homes. After three years Dave was recruited by a national
homebuilder as a construction manager. He was rapidly promoted to
an Area Construction Manager position where he supervised the construction
managers and maintained oversight of hundreds of homes in the production
cycle.
Once Dave completed the task of streamlining the construction teams
he was asked to take over the customer service / warranty department.
Dave’s record of success followed him to this department and
he quickly had one of the nation’s top performing warranty divisions.
Dave joined the RIDG team in December of 2007.
Education: Associates Degree in criminal law with a minor in law enforcement
from Vincennes University. Business Management at Indiana University.
Dave is also a Master Plumber.
