RIDG Management Team
When Rey returned from his two year humanitarian aid mission in South
Africa, he began his real estate career in property management.
While managing a 320 unit retirement townhome community, Rey completed
his education in facilities management with a minor in business management.
In conjunction with his property management career Rey also spent
time with the Utah Department of Commerce where he verified contractor
licensing requirements, enforced OSHA, and performed building code
reviews.
After graduating from Brigham Young University, Rey became a Construction
Manager/Superintendant for an “on your lot” production
builder where he was directly responsible for the full construction
of 125+ homes. Rey then joined a national homebuilder where he supervised
multiple communities and hundreds of homes, trained and mentored new
field superintendants, and performed the role of Safety Officer for
the Hampton Roads division.
Rey formally joined RIDG in November of 2007.
Education: BS Facilities Management, minor in Business Management
from Brigham Young University. Rey is fluent in Spanish.
